How Effective Is Resveratrol Against Cancer?

Resveratrol is a natural substance with anti-inflammatory and anti-oxidative properties.

Resveratrol can prevent the formation of cancer cells by preventing damage to our genes (DNA).

If cancer cells already exist, resveratrol activates a self-destruction mechanism that leads to cell death. This mechanism had previously been deactivated by the cancer cell.

Malignant cells produce specific markers of inflammation that promote further growth and spread of cancer cells. Resveratrol inhibits the production of these markers at a genetic level and blocks further inflammation enhancement.

Metastases are one of the most dangerous elements of any cancer. It spreads the cancer to all regions of the body, making treatments very difficult. Increased metastasis is activated and controlled in part by specific genes. Resveratrol also has a positive influence here. It prevents the harmful genes from being read out and thereby becoming active.

Studies have shown that resveratrol can be used against many types of cancer, e.g., leukemia, ovarian cancer, breast cancer, uterine cancer, prostate cancer, kidney cancer, skin cancer, colon cancer, liver cancer, pancreatic cancer, lung cancer, and multiple myeloma.

Intravenous administration of resveratrol is an important part of cancer therapy. I use it in combination with other treatments. The sole use is not sufficient. The substance is well-tolerated.
